Hello and Welcome to my little corner of the world-wide-web!  I am a southern farm girl who made her way to the big city of Atlanta.  Web Mistress & Marketing Guru by day, and crafty, little blue creature, DIY lover by night.  Occasionally the two cross paths, but very rarely.   I’m careful to note that most of my DIY projects aren’t 100% original, so you’ll see links to other great crafty sites around the web. You might have seen me previously as Crafty Smurfette.  While I loved having a little blue moniker, ultimately I decided I needed to venture out…with a new name all my own!

So, why Dill Pickle Picnic?  Simple…they are one of my favorite childhood memories.  Summer days full of endless creative adventure, friendship, and whimsy…don’t we all wish we could feel that sheer joy again?  This is my attempt, and my outlet for my crafty stress relief.
